Classification – dry red wine, PGI Thessaly.
Grape variety – Limniona 35%, Syrah 35%, Grenache Rouge 30%.
Vineyard – Prosilia vineyards in the Rapsani area, on the foothills of Mount Olympus, organically farmed and non-irrigated, at approximately 480–530 m.
Vinification – produced from super-ripe grapes that are allowed to dehydrate naturally on the vine, followed by classic red vinification and 30 months of maturation in French and American oak. Produced only in exceptional vintages.
Appearance – impenetrable purple.
Aroma – intense and concentrated, with blueberries, licorice and ink framed by pronounced oak.
Palate – full-bodied, dense and powerful, with ripe yet firm tannins, exceptional concentration and a very long finish.
Food pairing – richly flavored red meats, game and mature hard cheeses.
Serving temperature – 16–18 °C; decant for approximately 2 hours before serving.
