Grape variety – Agiorgitiko 100%.
Vineyard – Koutsi, in the Nemea region, at approximately 550–600 m.
Vinification – traditional red vinification followed by 12 months of maturation in French oak barrels, 50% of them new 225 L barrels, and a further 12 months of bottle aging.
Appearance – deep ruby red.
Aroma – cherry, raspberry and dried fruit, with vanilla and spice from the oak.
Palate – structured and balanced, with soft tannins, fresh acidity and notes of prune, tobacco and vanilla on the long finish.
Food pairing – red meats, barbecue, braised meats in tomato sauce, pasta with red sauces, roast veal, cured meats and mature cheeses.
Serving temperature – 15–16 °C.
