Grape variety – Xinomavro 100%.

Vineyard – selected Xinomavro vineyards around Naoussa, including the Dalamari plot at approximately 400 m, with iron-rich soils low in organic matter.

Vinification – classic red vinification, followed by 12 months of maturation in French oak barrels.

Appearance – deep ruby.

Aroma – characteristic Xinomavro aromas of dried red fruit, cherry and plum, with tomato and olive notes, complemented by spice and subtle vanilla from the oak.

Palate – full-bodied and structured, with lively acidity and firm yet balanced tannins. The oak is well integrated, leading to a long, savory finish.

Food pairing – braised beef, roast lamb, game, tomato-rich stews and mature cheeses.

Serving temperature – 16–18 °C.
