Classification – dry red wine, PGI Tegea.
Grape variety – Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Kolliniatiko.
Vineyard – privately owned “Kokkinomilos” and “Avlotopi” vineyards on the foothills of Mount Parnonas, at approximately 720–750 m, on gravelly clay soils with excellent drainage.
Vinification – classic red vinification with 10–15 days of skin contact, followed by approximately 10 months of maturation in second- and third-use French oak barrels.
Appearance – deep ruby with garnet highlights.
Aroma – ripe red forest fruit with subtle vanilla from oak maturation.
Palate – round and fruit-driven, with a well-structured tannic profile and a long finish.
Food pairing – braised beef with hilopites and grilled or roasted pancetta.
Serving temperature – 15–18 °C.
