Classification – dry rosé wine, PGI Atalanti Valley.
Grape variety – Malagousia 50%, Syrah 35%, Grenache Rouge 15%.
Vineyard – grapes from three selected vineyards within the privately owned vineyards of Domaine Hatzimichalis in the Atalanti Valley.
Vinification – the white and red grape varieties are co-fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
Appearance – deep pink.
Aroma – vibrant strawberry and raspberry aromas with a playful bubblegum note.
Palate – smooth, light-bodied and refreshing, with dominant red fruit, medium acidity, subtle sweetness and a fruity finish.
Food pairing – salads with sweet-and-sour dressings, shrimp, smoked or grilled salmon, Asian fusion cuisine, spicy dishes, dakos, tomato-based pasta, pizza and sushi.
Serving temperature – 7–10 °C.
