Classification – dry rosé varietal wine.
Grape variety – Agiorgitiko 70%, Grenache Rouge 30%.
Vinification – the grapes are chilled before classic rosé vinification, with 6–8 hours of pre-fermentation cold maceration and fermentation in stainless-steel tanks at approximately 15 °C, followed by 3 months on the fine lees.
Appearance – bright salmon with subtle strawberry hues.
Aroma – elegant ripe-fruit aromas with delicate wildflower notes.
Palate – vibrant and supple, with refreshing acidity and a clean, fruity finish.
Food pairing – seafood, grilled fish, fresh salads and traditional Greek vegetable dishes cooked with olive oil; also well suited as an aperitif.
Serving temperature – 8–12 °C.
