Classification – dry rosé varietal wine.
Grape variety – Syrah 60%, Grenache Rouge 40%.
Vineyard – upland Korinthia at approximately 800 m and the slopes of Mount Cithaeron at approximately 450 m.
Vinification – the grapes are chilled before 6–8 hours of pre-fermentation cold maceration in stainless-steel tanks, followed by traditional rosé vinification at controlled temperature.
Appearance – intense salmon with garnet highlights.
Aroma – pomegranate, cherry, watermelon and passion fruit.
Palate – soft and refreshing, combining the crispness of a white wine with the fuller texture of a red.
Food pairing – grilled or braised fish and octopus, vegetable risotto, shrimp or lobster pasta, poultry, rabbit, light meat dishes, stuffed vegetables and moussaka.
Serving temperature – 8–12 °C.
