Vineyard – high-altitude vineyards in Asprokampos, Nemea.

Vinification – early-harvested grapes are whole-bunch pressed to produce the base wine. A second fermentation in bottle follows using the traditional method, with approximately 12 months of maturation on the fine lees.

Appearance – pale salmon-rosé with bronze highlights and fine, persistent bubbles.

Aroma – cherry and dark fruit, complemented by subtle lees-aged notes.

Palate – fresh and softly rounded, with fine bubbles, balanced acidity and an elegant fruit-driven finish.

Food pairing – aperitif, salads with fruit, shrimp dishes, seafood pasta, lobster and strapatsada.

Serving temperature – 9–11 °C.
