Grape variety – Sauvignon Blanc 33%, Athiri 33%, Assyrtiko 33%.
Vineyard – selected vineyards in Arma, Thiva and the Atalanti Valley, Central Greece.
Vinification – each grape variety is fermented separately in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks before blending.
Appearance – pale lemon.
Aroma – fresh aromas of stone fruit, citrus and flowers, with notes of apricot, lemon blossom, elderflower and lime.
Palate – light and refreshing, with lemon, apricot and floral notes, medium acidity and a clean, pleasant finish.
Food pairing – grilled chicken, seafood appetizers, green salads, vegetables with olive oil and lemon, calamari and pasta with light white sauces.
Serving temperature – 7–10 °C.
