Vineyard – selected sub-mountainous vineyards in the Atalanti Valley.
Vinification – white vinification under controlled temperature, with part of the wine fermented in wooden barrels to add balance and texture while preserving the variety’s aromatic character.
Appearance – pale yellow.
Aroma – pronounced floral and citrus aromas, with peach, lemon peel, blossoms and orange leaf.
Palate – tropical fruit, lime, grapefruit and melon, with medium acidity, a light body and a fresh, fruity finish. The partial oak fermentation adds balance and texture.
Food pairing – green salads, oysters, grilled oily fish, seafood risotto, salmon, grilled shrimp, spring rolls and grilled poultry.
Serving temperature – 7–10 °C.
