Grape variety – Kontoura 100%.

Vineyard – single “Episkopi” vineyard in the Muses Valley, planted in 1962 with traditional bush vines at approximately 380–420 m, on clay and gravel soils. The vineyard is non-irrigated.

Vinification – low-temperature fermentation in stainless-steel tanks to preserve freshness and the distinctive fruit character of Kontoura.

Appearance – light yellow with green highlights.

Aroma – lime, pineapple and melon, with white flowers and lemon blossom.

Palate – crisp and refreshing, with citrus and tropical fruit, medium acidity, a medium body and a long finish.

Food pairing – grilled fish, shellfish, calamari, fresh salads and Mediterranean dishes with herbs, olive oil and lemon.

Serving temperature – 10–12 °C.
