Vineyard – single estate-owned vineyard in the Mantinia region at approximately 650 m.

Vinification – the grapes are chilled after harvest, followed by cold maceration and fermentation in stainless-steel tanks at controlled temperature.

Appearance – translucent golden-yellow with green highlights.

Aroma – ripe white-fleshed and exotic fruit, with pear, violet and jasmine.

Palate – robust and structured, with fresh acidity, citrus notes, a lightly oily texture and a long, fragrant finish.

Food pairing – seafood, tempura, white meats and aromatic dishes from Japanese, Peruvian and modern Greek cuisine.

Serving temperature – 8–10 °C.
