Classification – dry white varietal wine.
Grape variety – Assyrtiko 60%, Moschofilero 40%.
Vineyard – Assyrtiko from selected low-yielding vineyards in mountainous Nemea at approximately 500 m; Moschofilero from estate vineyards in Zevgolatio, Mantinia, at approximately 650 m.
Vinification – hand-harvested grapes are chilled overnight at 7–8 °C, gently pressed and fermented at 13–15 °C. The wine matures on the fine lees for 4 months, 90% in stainless steel and 10% in new 225 L French oak barrels.
Appearance – bright straw with lemon highlights.
Aroma – white flowers and tropical fruit, with pineapple, peach, apricot and delicate sweet-spice notes.
Palate – elegant and generous, with balanced complexity, freshness and a clean, persistent finish.
Food pairing – seafood, fish, white meats and pasta.
Serving temperature – 9–10 °C.
