Classification – dry white wine, PGI Arcadia.
Grape variety – Moschofilero 100%.
Vineyard – single “Perpatiara” vineyard in Rizes, Arcadia, at approximately 750 m, on sloping claystone soils with excellent drainage.
Vinification – pre-fermentation cold maceration for a few hours at 10 °C. The must is divided between stainless-steel tanks, amphorae and large oak foudres, where fermentation is completed. The wine then remains on the fine lees for approximately 4 months.
Appearance – bright straw-lemon with subtle rose hues.
Aroma – intense white flowers, citrus fruit and orange blossom.
Palate – rich and full-bodied, with vibrant acidity, excellent balance and a long finish.
Food pairing – white meats and cooked fish with citrus-based or spicy sauces.
Serving temperature – 9–11 °C.
