Classification – dry white wine, PDO Mantinia.
Grape variety – Moschofilero 100%.
Vineyard – selected vineyards in Rizes, Lithovounia and Agiorgitika, Mantinia, at approximately 680 m, on gravelly claystone and loamy soils.
Vinification – 8 hours of pre-fermentation cold maceration at 10 °C, followed by fermentation at low temperature in stainless-steel tanks and brief contact with the fine lees.
Appearance – light lemon with subtle rose hues.
Aroma – intense citrus and lemon blossom, complemented by characteristic rose and Turkish-delight notes.
Palate – crisp and refreshing, with high acidity, a clean mouthfeel and a long, persistent finish.
Food pairing – stuffed grape leaves with egg-lemon sauce, tuna tataki, noodles with sweet-and-sour sauce, green salads and sushi.
Serving temperature – 9–11 °C.
